With nearly 20 years of experience across mortgage, lending and compliance, Gina combines technical expertise with a highly personalised approach. Her experience as both a Mortgage Adviser and Compliance Officer brings a strong understanding of suitability, affordability, regulatory requirements and responsible lending.
Her background in risk management, underwriting and compliance helps clients navigate complex lending situations, identify potential issues early, and find practical and sustainable mortgage solutions. Her approach is centred on understanding each client's individual circumstances, assessing affordability and suitability carefully, and working towards good customer outcomes.
Outside of financial services, Gina is passionate about photography and poetry. This creative perspective complements her professional work, helping her build meaningful client relationships and communicate complex financial concepts with clarity, empathy and professionalism.

With over seven years of experience in the UK mortgage industry, Dongwei specialises in helping clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence.
His experience spans residential mortgages, buy-to-let lending, SPV BTL and commercial loan. He works closely with lenders, solicitors and property professionals to ensure applications are handled efficiently and progress smoothly from enquiry to completion.
Dongwei has developed strong expertise in mortgage underwriting requirements, affordability assessments, FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and AML procedures.
